It’s midday and we’re still sitting in a cold foggy damp cloud here… So what else could I do but bake us an ooey gooey chocolate brownie for lunch? Yes, we seriously just ate a still-warm-from-the-oven chocolate brownie for lunch haha! 😂 I used this recipe: http://eatdrinkpaleo.com.au/chocolate-brownies-that-blew-me-away/. I made it once before but it was sort of average, so this time I made a couple of tweaks: I used a (peeled) GOLDEN kumara instead of red, also added 1tsp ACV, and pinch salt, switched honey out for maple syrup, added handful of dark choc drops. Boy oh boy, it was DIVINE! Mr Goodness is still gushing about it now…
Ps. Dairy-free, grain-free, refined-sugar-free, technically nut-free b/c coconut isn’t a nut I think. 😉
