I’ve created this little forum so that I can connect with you in a more spontaneous, informal way than my blog posts & comments allow.

I’ve recently decided to opt out of social media completely (Eek, a very scary decision indeed!) for the good of my health but I would still like to be able to engage with people of like minds and learn from you too. Let’s share our ideas and enthusiasm for good living!
